某矿有1台JKM3.5×6(Ⅱ)型多绳摩擦提升机,主轴与低速直流电机采用齿轮联轴器直接联接。设备使用多年后,齿轮联轴器的齿面磨损,经检查测量,最大齿间隙已达5 mm以上,如果不及时处理将会发生断齿等重大设备事故。该齿轮联轴器整体重量约5 t,联轴器的外径达1.25 m,电机端轴径为560 mm,两端配合方式为无键联接,过盈量大。由于这些因素,使得该联轴器在现场更换存在一定的难度,但条件又不允许把设备运回
