在本届展览会上,协会与日本食品化学新闻社、日本食品添加物协会、韩国食品产业协会和美国驻上海总领馆农业处第一次联合主办了“国内外食品添加剂法规标准技术大讲堂”。邀请了国内外专家详细解读中国、日本、韩国、美国和欧盟食品添加剂管理法规和标准,帮助中国企业了解不同国际市场准入门槛和新的规定。在大讲堂上,国家食品安全风险评估中心三部副主任张俭波博士,黑龙江省食品药品监督管理局副局长张守文教授,中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院高彦祥教授,天津科技大学食品工程与生物技术学院院长、食品生物技术教育部工程研究中心主任
At the exhibition, the association jointly organized with Japan’s Food & Chemical News Agency, Japan Food Additives Association, Korea Food Industry Association and the Agriculture Department of the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai for the first time to co-sponsor “Standards and Standards for Food Additives at Home and Abroad Lecture hall ”. Invited domestic and foreign experts to interpret China, Japan, Korea, the United States and the EU food additives management regulations and standards in detail to help Chinese enterprises to understand the different international market access thresholds and new regulations.
