一、我国小学语文的教学现状分析1.教师的教学观念陈旧在我国诸多小学中,有许多教师和教研人员的教学观念还停留在以往的较低层面上。他们教学创新的意识不强,对教学创新的重要性认识也不够,甚至认为所谓的新课改就只是使用新教材而已。无论在教学工作还是在评价工作中,这种观点仍比较普遍,这些都阻碍了新课改的推行,也阻碍了教学方法的创新。
