机械式停车设备是特种设备的一种,设计环节对其安全性起到至关重要的作用。而机械式停车设备具有复杂的钢结构系统,传统的设计方法效率不高。因此,需要一种新的设计方法提高设计准确性。本文运用神经网络强大的非线性映射能力实现映射建模,计算后再应用先进的优化技术,对其各构件截面优化,实现最理想的设计结果并通过实例分析验证了方法的有效性。
Mechanical parking equipment is a kind of special equipment, design aspects of its safety plays a crucial role. The mechanical parking equipment with complex steel structure system, the traditional design method is not efficient. Therefore, a new design method is needed to improve the design accuracy. In this paper, the powerful non-linear mapping ability of neural network is used to realize the mapping modeling. After the calculation, advanced optimization techniques are applied to optimize the cross-sections of each component to achieve the optimal design results and validate the method through example analysis.
