2014年第3期《应用写作》刊登了《从语言到功能——评改一篇批评性通报》一文。该文以一篇存在多处错误的批评性通报为例,从语言表述到功能内涵逐层分析并加以修改,这种评改确能给读者以启发和借鉴。但笔者研读后认为,修改后的“通报”仍有不足之处。以下按修改后通报的结构顺序,从内容到形式再作评析与修改。[原文中修改后的通报]育才中学教务处关于处罚王×同学考试作弊的通报①
