目的观察不同温度下中华按蚊的发育与繁殖情况,为疟疾的流行病学及适时灭蚊提供科学依据。方法在温度为16、19、22、25、28、31℃的条件下,观察实验室饲养中华按蚊的卵期、幼虫、蛹期和生殖营养周期,计算不同温度下的全代发育时间。结果中华按蚊在16℃时不能完成全发育周期,在温度为19、22、25、28、31℃时,全代发育时间分别为30.7、23.3、15.5、13.5d和12.5d。结论在温度范围为16~31℃时,中华按蚊的发育期随温度升高而缩短。
Objective To observe the development and reproduction of Anopheles sinensis at different temperatures and provide a scientific basis for the epidemiology and timely mosquito control of malaria. Methods The egg, larva, pupal and reproductive cycles of Anopheles sinensis in the laboratory were observed under the conditions of 16, 19, 22, 25, 28 and 31 ℃, and the developmental age at different generations was calculated. Results Anopheles sinensis did not complete the whole developmental cycle at 16 ℃. At the temperatures of 19,22,25,28 and 31 ℃, the developmental stages of whole generation were 30.7, 23.3, 15.5, 13.5 and 12.5 days, respectively. Conclusion At the temperature range of 16 ~ 31 ℃, the developmental period of Anopheles sinensis shortens with the increase of temperature.
