目的:建立RP-HPLC法同时测定天麻头风灵胶囊中梓醇和天麻素的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(2∶98,v/v);流速1.0mL·min-1;柱温35℃;检测波长210nm。结果:梓醇和天麻素的浓度分别为4.60～46.0μg·mL-1和18.6～186μg·mL-1,相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9998;平均回收率(n=9)分别为101.4%和101.0%。结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于天麻头风灵胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of sterols and gastrodin in Tianmatoufengling capsules. Methods: A Diamonsil C18 (200mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (2∶98, v/v); flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1; column temperature was 35°C; detection wavelength 210nm. Results: The concentrations of sterols and gastrodins were 4.60-46.0 μg·mL-1 and 18.6-186 μg·mL-1, respectively. The correlation coefficients were 0.9997 and 0.9998, respectively. The average recoveries (n=9) were 101.4% and 101.0%, respectively. . Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Tianmatoufengling Capsule.
