通过粘度、力学性能测试及红外光谱分析对复合材料卡瓦专用胶粘剂的性能进行了研究。结果表明,复合材料卡瓦上镶嵌陶瓷牙齿前需预热处理,预热温度设定在50~60℃为宜,其胶粘剂体系粘度约为50 s。该胶的韧性和粘接性能优良,胶层可以有效传递载荷,固化物的冲击强度达到9.6 kJ/m2,满足复合材料桥塞坐封时的力学性能要求。
The properties of the special KKA adhesive were studied by means of viscosity, mechanical properties and infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the preheating temperature of the composite kava must be preheated before the ceramic tooth is embedded. The preheating temperature is preferably set at 50-60 ° C, and the viscosity of the adhesive system is about 50 s. The toughness and adhesive properties of the adhesive are excellent, the adhesive layer can effectively transmit the load, and the impact strength of the cured product reaches 9.6 kJ / m2, meeting the mechanical performance requirements of the composite bridge plug setting.
