一、前言铣床微机控制系统是为牡丹汪机车厂专用汽室套铣床研制的。由计算机、控制器、传感器和数显表装置构成的闭环控制系统,可以代替手工操作(图1)。当操作者由键盘输入参数,启动加工程序后,该系统可以控制专用铣床在车好外型的套筒上自动加工出合格的汽室套产品,将原来的手工划线、排孔和铣三道工序一次完成。这样减轻了工人劳动强度,缩短了加工周期,提高了劳动生产率。
