目的探讨广东阳江天然放射性高本底辐射地区(HBRA)居民MGMT基因水平和抗氧化能力的改变。方法选择阳江高本底辐射地区(HBRA)的53名50~59岁男性居民作为研究对象,对照人群选择恩平市横陂镇(CA)出生并长大男性居民。利用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)测定外周血中O6-甲基鸟嘌呤甲基转移酶(MGMT)基因表达水平,用化学比色法血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的含量。结果HBRA和CA人群外周血有核细胞中MGMT基因的表达水平分别为0.585±0.319、0.414±0.365,血清中T-AOC含量分别为(28.81±6.36)μ/ml、(11.41±3.78)μ/ml。与CA组相比,HBRA组人群该两项指标检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高本底辐射对居民MGMT基因和抗氧化有影响。
Objective To investigate the changes of MGMT gene level and antioxidant capacity in residents with high background radiation (HBRA) in Yangjiang, Guangdong Province. Methods A total of 53 male residents aged 50-59 years who were from HBR at Yangjiang were selected as study subjects. Control subjects were born and raised male residents in Hengli Township, Enping City. The levels of O6-methylguanine methyltransferase (MGMT) gene in peripheral blood were measured by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The levels of total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) Content. Results The expression levels of MGMT gene in peripheral blood nucleated cells of HBRA and CA were 0.585 ± 0.319 and 0.414 ± 0.365 respectively, and the contents of T-AOC in serum were (28.81 ± 6.36) μ / ml and (11.41 ± 3.78) μ / ml. Compared with CA group, there was significant difference between the two indexes in HBRA group (P <0.05). Conclusion High background radiation has an impact on resident MGMT gene and antioxidation.
