创新是国家科技发展的永恒主题,是国家竞争力的核心。在学校,学生是创新的主体和核心力量。高职院校是培养高素质、高技能、高技术应用型人才的摇篮,高职学生创新能力的培养是高等职业教育发展的一个重要环节,探索一种行之有效的,适合高职学生创新人才培养的模式势在必行。笔者结合多年高职学生创新创业教育教学和一线指导实践,探索出利用自主创新平台来培养高职学生创新能力的教学模式,提出了“1234”创新人才培养方式,践行了“一体两翼”创新创业实践新途径,确立了学长制与导师制相结合的学生实践能力提升的新思路,通过这种模式成功培养并打造了一支充满活力、持续发展的机器人创新团队,在实践中取得了一些成就。

Through this model, a group of innovative and sustainable robotics innovation team has been successfully cultivated and achieved in practice achievement.
