本文以上海地区某普通住宅建筑为例,通过模拟计算发现不同住宅使用模式对供暖空调能耗的影响很大:在不影响室内人员舒适性的前提下,2种不同住宅使用模式之间的能耗差距可达到1倍多。可以认为住宅使用模式是影响供暖空调能耗的主要因素。该结果说明建筑节能工作的开展不仅要重视建筑本身的节能性,同时也应关注由于人的行为所造成的不同住宅使用模式对能耗的影响。
