天津滨海新区中央大道新港四号路地道需穿越运营中的津滨轻轨高架桥。该节点采用基础主动托换方式对津滨轻轨三跨连续高架桥的一个制动墩和一个连接墩进行整体托换,采用两跨连续格构大梁配三排九根桩基同时托换两个轻轨桥墩,构成复杂的超静定空间结构体系。归纳总结了该工程总体设计、结构计算、施工工艺和施工监控中的多项创新技术。
Tianjin Binhai New Area Central Avenue Xingang Road on the 4th need to cross the operating Jinbin light rail viaduct. The node adopts the basic active underpinning method to carry out the overall underpinning of one brake pier and one connecting pier of the three-span continuous viaduct of Jinbin Light Rail. The two-span continuous lattice girder is equipped with three rows of nine pile foundation while underpinning two light rails Pier, constitute a complex system of statically indeterminate space. Summarizes the project overall design, structural calculation, construction technology and construction monitoring a number of innovative technologies.
