福寿草别名:冰了花,冰凉花,冰里花,顶冰花,测金盏花。患者女,30岁,林业工人。1988—04—28自服福寿草根250mg煎剂一杯,30min后出现头痛,头昏,恶心、呕吐、腹痛、心慌、气促等症状。并抽搐4～5次,发病后8h送往医院抢救治疗。入院时查体:神志模糊、颈强(—),脉搏扪不清,血压为零,呼吸表浅,肺部检查有干湿性罗音,心音微弱,心率38次/min,心律不整,腹软,肝脾未触及,生理反射存在,病理反射未引
