目的探讨治疗性血细胞采集术治疗真性红细胞增多症的疗效。方法对12例真性红细胞增多症患者采用手工法采血400 ml于威海产ACD-B保养液之二联袋内,在大容量离心机(美国杜邦公司)内离心。将血浆转入二联袋的子袋内。回输给患者,压积红细胞及白膜层弃去。并使用小剂量骨髓抑制剂进行化疗。结果治疗有效率100%,随防6个月～1 a,大部分患者达到长期缓解。结论治疗性血细胞采集术治疗真性红细胞增多症能迅速减少患者循环血液中的红细胞、白细胞、血小板数量,疗效快。缓解因红细胞增多引起的高黏滞综合征,减少各种血栓并发症的发生,降低患者死亡率。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of therapeutic blood cell collection in the treatment of polycythemia vera. Methods 12 cases of polycythemia vera were manually collected blood 400 ml in Weihai ACD-B maintenance solution of the two bags, centrifuged in a large capacity centrifuge (DuPont). Results The effective rate of treatment was 100%. With the prevention of 6 months to 1 year, most patients achieved long-term remission. Conclusion Therapeutic blood cells collected for the treatment of polycythemia vera can rapidly reduce the circulating blood of patients with red blood cells, white blood cells, platelet number, fast response. Relieve high-viscosity syndrome caused by increased red blood cells, reduce the incidence of various thrombotic complications and reduce the mortality rate.
