本试验研究表明,吉林省高梁恢复系及品种主要数量性状的变异幅度较大,初步揭示了高梁品种数量性状变异情况。经相关分析看出,单穗粒数、单穗粒重与产量间的表现型相关系数和遗传相关系数均达到极显著水准。各性状的相对遗传进度与遗传变异系数的变化趋势相近,要获得高的选择效果,应保留较大的群体变异幅度。广义遗传力依性状不同而异,根据性状的遗传力估值,制定选择方案,能提高选择效果和增强选择的预见性。
The experimental study showed that the variation range of major quantitative traits of sorghum restorer lines and cultivars in Jilin Province was large, and the variations of quantitative traits of sorghum varieties were revealed. The correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficients of phenotypic and genetic correlations between grain weight per panicle, grain weight per panicle and grain yield reached extremely significant level. The relative genetic progress of each trait is similar to that of genetic variation coefficient. To obtain a high selection effect, larger variation of population should be retained. The general heritability depends on the traits. According to heritability valuation of traits, formulating the selection plan can improve the selection effect and enhance the predictability of the selection.
