论文扼要回顾了催化反应工程与催化剂工程间的发展和联系,提出了在研究和开发催化剂时,加强工程观点的重要性。着重讨论了从微孔结构特征研究沸石的分子筛特性及形选性;从颗粒规模研究活性非均匀分布的作用,以及从反应器规模研究对催化剂粒度及形状的改进。论文强调了工艺研究与工程分析相结合,催化剂研究与反应器开发相结合,催化剂制备技术的开发放大和催化剂的工程设计相结合,并提出了进行工程设计的有关基本内容。
The paper briefly reviews the development and connection between catalytic reaction engineering and catalyst engineering, and puts forward the importance of strengthening engineering viewpoint in the research and development of catalyst. The molecular sieve properties and shape selectivity of zeolites are discussed from the perspective of micropore structure. The effect of heterogeneous distribution of active sites on particle size and the improvement of catalyst particle size and shape are discussed from the aspect of reactor size. The paper emphasizes the combination of process research and engineering analysis, the combination of catalyst research and reactor development, the development and enlargement of catalyst preparation technology and the engineering design of catalyst, and puts forward some basic contents about engineering design.
