在福建长泰、南靖地区,对(木並)柑[Citrus reticulata var. poonensis(Hayata)Hu]、蕉柑[Citrus reticulata var. tankan(Hayata) Hu]初果和初盛果期树及幼树,于6月中旬大部分夏稍长5—10厘米时,分别喷布马来酰肼(Maleic hydrazine) 1000-1500ppm及1500—2000ppm各1次,可有效地抑制营养生长,增加优质晚夏稍 -早秋梢量,取代人工摘心与抹芽控梢。选择适宜浓度的MH喷布,还能诱导种子退化,对当年果实生长及品质无明显影响;并可减少翌年花量、提高着果率并略有增产,有利于调节营养生长与生殖生长的关系。
