农村青年是否参加职业技能教育与培训直接影响到其就业与收入状况。研究农村青年参加职业技能教育与培训的意愿并分析其影响因素,有助于职业技能教育培训和农村青年就业状况的改善。研究结果表明,当前农村青年对参加职业技能教育与培训的意愿并不强烈。性别、培训时间、培训费用、家庭月收入等影响因素比较显著。基于此,本文提出多途径转变农村青年就业培训观念,多种方式开展职业技能培训,提高就业技能,加大政府财政支持力度,降低个人培训费用等政策建议。 Whether or not rural youth participate in vocational skills education and training has a direct impact on their employment and income status. Studying the willingness of rural youth to participate in vocational skills education and training and analyzing the influencing factors will help vocational education and training and the improvement of rural youth employment. The results show that the current rural youth’s willingness to participate in vocational skills education and training is not strong. Gender, training time, training costs, family monthly income and other influential factors more significant. Based on this, this paper proposes a number of ways to change the concept of rural youth employment training, a variety of ways to carry out vocational skills training, improve employment skills, increase government financial support, reduce personal training costs and other policy recommendations.
