大型焦平面探测装置是许多新型红外监视和成象系统的重要部件。这些焦平面装置由铅盐类探测器或单晶探测器的大型镶嵌阵列或长线列所组成,正装备于较先进的新型系统中,而这些系统又在要求作用距离更长、分辨率更高。未能达到这些指标的一个原因,在于电学或光学串扰的有害影响。本文提出,可采取某些特殊措施来减少这些探测装置中的串光。
Large focal plane detectors are an important part of many new infrared surveillance and imaging systems. These focal plane devices consist of large inlay arrays or long-line arrays of lead salt detectors or single crystal detectors and are being equipped in more advanced new systems that require longer distances and higher resolution . One reason for failing to meet these specifications is the detrimental effect of electrical or optical crosstalk. This paper proposes that some special measures can be taken to reduce the crosstalk in these detection devices.
