目的掌握金山区医疗机构X射线诊断设备及应用频率情况。方法采用横断面流行病学研究方法,以调查表形式对金山区28家X射线诊断单位进行全面调查。结果金山区2009年共有各类X射线诊断设备79台,全区常住人口平均拥有X射线诊断设备量为1.14台/万人。X射线诊断应用频率为612.70人次/千人口。其中,胸部摄影、X-CT检查、四肢及关节摄影、胸部透视、脊柱摄影等频率较高,分别占27.94%、22.78%、17.91%、15.03%、10.22%。受检者以男性为主,年龄分布以﹥40岁年龄组为最高。结论较全面地掌握了金山区2009年X射线诊断的应用频率,为加强放射诊疗单位的监督管理及强化医疗照射的放射防护与安全提供了科学依据。
Objective To understand the X-ray diagnosis equipment and its application frequency in medical institutions in Jinshan District. Methods A cross-sectional epidemiological study was carried out to investigate 28 X-ray diagnosis units in Jinshan District with a questionnaire. Results Jinshan District in 2009 a total of 79 various types of X-ray diagnostic equipment, the region’s resident population has an average of X-ray diagnostic equipment for 1.14 units / million. X-ray diagnostic frequency of 612.70 passengers / thousand population. Among them, chest radiography, X-CT examination, limbs and joint photography, chest fluoroscopy, spinal photography and other high frequency, accounting for 27.94%, 22.78%, 17.91%, 15.03%, 10.22%. Subjects dominated by men, the age distribution in> 40 age group was the highest. Conclusion The comprehensive application of X-ray diagnosis frequency in Jinshan District in 2009 is more complete, which provides a scientific basis for strengthening the supervision and management of radiotherapy units and strengthening the radiological protection and safety of medical irradiation.
