肾母细胞瘤是小儿最常见的一种恶性胚胎性实体瘤。3岁以下发病者,占50％以上,10岁以下者占儿童高达90％,成人则较少见。我院曾诊治1例,现报告如下。患者汤××,女,31岁,农民。患者因右上腹包块于1983年12月26日入院,自述两年前偶尔扪及右上腹一鸡蛋大肿物,当时无任何不适,未予重视。以后肿物迅速增大,相继出现食欲减退、消瘦、乏力、腹膨、隐痛及血尿等症状。体检:消 Wilms tumor is the most common malignant embryonic solid tumor in children.
