目的为了解北京市售白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的污染水平,为国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测提供依据,以保障消费者食品安全。方法依据GB/T 21928—2008《食品塑料包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定》,采用GC-MS进行检测,采集北京市商场超市、集贸市场销售的80件白酒样品,进行DMP、DEP、DIBP、DBP、DMEP、DEEP、DINP等18种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的检测。结果 80件白酒样品中有42件样品检测出邻苯二甲酸酯类物质,样品的总检出率为47.5%,6种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质检测的最大值为0.185 mg/kg~3.780 mg/kg,有10件样品DBP超过0.3 mg/kg,超标率为12.5%。结论白酒中塑化剂的污染可能是由于其在生产过程中迁移到产品中,潜在的危害和风险需要进一步全面评估。
Aim To understand the pollution level of phthalates in Beijing liquor and to provide basis for the national risk monitoring of food contamination and harmful factors to ensure the safety of consumers’ food. Methods According to GB / T 21928-2008 “Determination of Phthalates in Food Plastic Packaging Materials”, GC-MS was used to detect the samples of 80 liquor samples collected from Beijing market supermarkets and bazaars for DMP, DEP, DIBP, DBP, DMEP, DEEP, DINP 18 kinds of phthalates detection. Results Phthalates were detected in 42 samples from 80 liquor samples. The total detection rate of the samples was 47.5% and the maximum of 6 phthalates was 0.185 mg / kg ~ 3.780 mg / kg, 10 samples DBP more than 0.3 mg / kg, exceeding the standard rate of 12.5%. Conclusion The plasticizer contamination in liquor may be due to its migration into the product during the production process. Potential hazards and risks need to be further assessed.
