高校继续教育机构历经近三十年的发展,在我国企业培训中占有相当重要的地位,对企业的人才队伍建设作出了重要贡献。随着国家经济体制的改革,高校继续教育机构为企业开展培训亦经历了从计划走向市场的过程。目前,石油高校继续教育机构逐步形成了企业委托培训和自主开发培训项目同时进行的格局,引入了培训项目管理的理念和机制,实施培训项目管理逐渐成熟和规范化。
After nearly 30 years of development, the institutions of continuing education in colleges and universities occupy a very important position in the training of enterprises in our country and make an important contribution to the construction of talents in enterprises. With the reform of the national economic system, continuing education institutions in colleges and universities have also experienced the process of going from plan to market through training. At present, the institutions of continuing education of petroleum colleges and universities gradually formed the pattern that enterprises entrusted training and self-development training programs carried out at the same time. The concept and mechanism of training project management were introduced and the management of training projects was gradually matured and standardized.
