目的研究冷饭团Kadsura coccinea根茎(黑老虎)的化学成分。方法运用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层、RP-HPLC等方法分离纯化,根据理化性质以及光谱数据,对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果共分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为南五味子素O(1)、kadsuracoccinic acid A(2)、kadsuralignan F(3)、新南五味子木脂宁(4)、南五味子素N(5)、kadsureneA methyl ester(6)、原儿茶酸(7)、丁香酸(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为南五味子素O;化合物8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Kadsura coccinea rhizome (black tiger). Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, preparative TLC and RP-HPLC. The structures of the obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified as kadsuracocinic acid A (2), kadsuralignan F (3), xinan schisandrin (4), nadudentin N (5) kadsurene A methyl ester (6), protocatechuic acid (7), syringic acid (8), daucosterol (9). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, named as Nanchusin O. Compound 8 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
