中国市政工程华北设计院受天津市市政工程局委托进行的“咸阳路、北仓两个污水处理厂可行性研究”,及由天津市市政工程勘测设计院进行的“双林、张贵庄两个污水处理厂可行性研究”,于1989年1月26～27日两天通过了天津市土木工程学会组织的专家评审论证。
China Municipal Engineering North China Design Institute was commissioned by the Tianjin Municipal Engineering Bureau to carry out the “Feasibility Study on Two Sewage Treatment Plants of Xianyang Road and Beicang” and the “Shuanglin and Zhangguizhuang Two Sewage Projects conducted by Tianjin Municipal Engineering Investigation and Design Institute”. The treatment plant feasibility study was approved by experts from Tianjin Civil Engineering Society on January 26 to 27, 1989.
