价值工程,又称价值分析,是近几年来应用比较广泛的一种技术分析方法。它以功能分析和成本分析为核心,以提高测绘产品的实用价值为目的,力图以最低的成本支出,实现一定的必要功能,从而寻求技术和经济之间的最佳匹配。本文就价值工程在建筑工程测量中的应用略陈管见,以就教于读者。 1 价值工程的基本原理 价值工程中的“价值”不是政治经济学中的价值范畴,而是指测绘产品的功能或效用与为获得此种功能所支出的成本或费用的比值,可用下式表示: V=F/C 式中V—价值;F—功能或效用;C—成本或费用。 价值工程就是根据上述公式去寻求功能和成本的最佳匹配,尽可能减少不必要的生产费用。所谓不必要的生产费用,是指测绘生产过程中发生的既不提高测绘产品功能,也
Value engineering, also called value analysis, is a widely used technique analysis method in recent years. It is centered on functional analysis and cost analysis. It aims to improve the practical value of surveying and mapping products. It strives to spend at the lowest cost and achieve certain necessary functions to seek the best match between technology and economy. This article takes a look at the application of value engineering in the measurement of construction projects to teach the readers. 1 The basic principle of value engineering The “value” in value engineering is not the category of value in political economy. It refers to the ratio of the function or utility of a surveying and mapping product to the cost or expense of obtaining such a function. It can be expressed by the following formula: : V=F/C where V-value; F-function or utility; C-cost or expense. Value engineering is to find the best match between function and cost based on the above formula, and to reduce unnecessary production costs as much as possible. The so-called unnecessary production costs refer to the production of surveying and mapping products that does not increase the function of surveying and mapping products.
