随着现代工业的发展,镉对环境污染在增加,暴露于镉污染环境的人群数量也在增多,镉对机体的毒性已引起广泛注意,镉中毒的表现之一就是贫血。硒和镉存在着相互拮抗作用,硒对镉致贫血也有一定保护作用,但是这种保护作用机制还不清楚。本文研究了硒对镉致贫血的保护作用。雄性SD大鼠随机分成A、B、C、D、E、F六组,其中A组为对照组,B组加氯化镉20mg/kg组,C组为加氯化镉40ms/kg组。D组为加硒0.05mg/kg、加氯化镉20mg/kg组,E组为加0.05mg/kg、加氯化镉40m/kg组,F组为单独加硒0.05mg/kg组。喂常规饲料,

The toxicity of cadmium to the body has drawn extensive attention. One of the manifestations of cadmium poisoning is anemia.
