海绵镉的一般分析方法,最常用和最准确的,要算电解法。但是该法分离操作麻烦,并使用剧毒的氰化钾试剂,因此我们试验内电解分析方法,此法不但在操作上简单,迅速,而且也能得到与电解法同样的准确性。分析试样的成份内电解是一种不用外加电压而自发短路的电解,在一种溶液中采用不同的阳极金属,可以在白金阴极上析出不同的金属元素。因此对试料的杂质元素含量情况,需要进行系统的分析研究,掌握过去、现在和将来试料杂质变动情况,从此肯定操作程序。试验试样成份如表1
