目的 研究准分子激光屈光性角膜手术对眼压测量的影响。方法 41例 ( 80眼 )手术前后用Schiotz眼压计及非接触式眼压计 (NCT)分别测量眼压 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 ( 1)Schiotz眼压计所测眼压手术前后无显著性差异 ,NCT则有显著性差异 ;手术前后NCT所测眼压值均显著低于Schiotz眼压计。 ( 2 )手术前后NCT所测眼压差值显著大于Schiotz眼压计所测得者 ;近视度与Schiotz眼压计所测眼压差值的相关性不显著 ,与NCT眼压差值的相关性有显著性意义。结论 PRK使术后所测眼压值偏低 ,近视度愈大 ,偏低愈明显 ,对NCT测量准确性的影响更为明显。
Objective To study the effect of excimer laser refractive corneal surgery on intraocular pressure measurement. Methods The intraocular pressure (IOP) was measured by Schiotz tonometer and non-contact tonometer (NCT) before and after operation in 41 cases (80 eyes) and analyzed statistically. Results (1) The intraocular pressure measured by Schiotz tonometer had no significant difference before and after operation, but the NCT had significant difference. The intraocular pressure measured by NCT before and after operation were significantly lower than that of Schiotz tonometer. (2) Before and after NCT measured intraocular pressure difference was significantly greater than the Schiotz tonometer measured; myopia and Schiotz intraocular pressure tonometer measured intraocular pressure difference was not significant, and NCT intraocular pressure difference Sex has a significant meaning. CONCLUSIONS: The intraocular pressure (IOP) measured by PRK is low, the greater the degree of myopia, the more obvious the lower the IOP, the more obvious the impact on the measurement accuracy of NCT.
