In this article it will explain the understanding of ethnicity as well as the definition of ethnic groups and ethnic identity;illustrate the relationship between ethnlcity and ethnic conflict based on 4 kinds of examples;discuss 4 sorts of methods on minorities and display the aim and measures of EU identity construction.
