应用微电极技术和电反应测听技术,观察利尿酸致聋的豚鼠耳蜗生物电的改变。发现蜗内电位(EP)、微音电位(CM)和听神经动作电位(AP)有同步性变化。而总和电位(SP)在EP下降时仍保持稳定。当CM明显减弱时SP有增强的表现。提示:①CM对EP依赖性强而SP对EP的变化不敏感;②AP主要依赖于CM而SP对AP的作用不明显;③CM对SP可能有制约作用;④SP/AP比值的改变可能与复聪现象有关。
The changes of bioelectrical changes of guinea pig cochlea after diuresis induced by diuretic were observed by microelectrode technique and electrical reaction audiometry. It was found that the intracochlear potential (EP), the microphony potential (CM) and the auditory nerve action potential (AP) have synchronous changes. While the sum potential (SP) remains stable as EP falls. SP has an enhanced performance when CM is significantly weakened. It is suggested that: ① CM is highly dependent on EP and SP is not sensitive to changes of EP; ② AP mainly depends on CM and SP does not have significant effect on AP; ③ CM may have restriction on SP; ④ The change of SP / related.
