增压流化床锅炉主要有两种负荷调节方法:一是改变密相床高度,二是改变床温.本文以即将在徐州安装投运的60t/h增压流化床锅炉为对象,通过计算对上述两种调节手段作了比较.结果表明:只改变床温,负荷的调节范围很有限(79.3%~100%);而利用改变密相床高的方法,可在较大范围内(55.5%~100%)调节锅炉负荷;若同时调节床高和床温则可获得更大的负荷调节范围,且过热器出口的蒸汽温度变化幅度也很小.
There are two main load-adjusting methods for supercharged fluidized bed boilers: one is to change the bed height of dense bed and the other is to change the bed temperature. In this paper, the 60t / h pressurized fluidized bed boiler to be installed and put into operation in Xuzhou is taken as an object, and the above two kinds of adjustment measures are compared through calculation. The results showed that the adjustment range of load was limited (79.3% -100%) only by changing the bed temperature; while the method of changing the density of the dense bed could be adjusted in a wide range (55.5% -100%) Boiler load; if the bed height and bed temperature can be adjusted to achieve greater load regulation range, and superheater steam outlet temperature range is also very small.
