分析评价银杏花粉中黄酮类、萜内酯类、银杏酸类以及原花青素类化学成分。采用UPLC-TQ-MS的方法对银杏花粉中24种资源性化学成分进行定性定量分析。结果显示芦丁和槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(4→1)-β-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷达到120.9μg·g-1和114.0μg·g-1,山柰酚为222.1μg·g-1。该文采用UPLC-TQ-MS的方法首次同时测定银杏花粉中24种资源性化学成分,此方法快速、便利,质量准确,为银杏花粉的资源化利用提供了基础性工作。
Analysis of ginkgo pollen flavonoids, terpene lactones, ginkgolic acids and proanthocyanidins chemical composition. UPLC-TQ-MS method was used to qualitative and quantitative analysis of 24 resource chemical components in ginkgo pollen. The results showed that rutin and quercetin -3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (4 → 1) -β-L-rhamnopyranoside reached 120.9μg · g -1 and 114.0μg · g -1 , And kaempferol was 222.1μg · g-1. The method of UPLC-TQ-MS for the first time simultaneous determination of twenty-four resources of ginkgo pollen chemical composition, this method is fast, convenient, accurate and provides a basic work for the resource utilization of ginkgo pollen.
