Dopamine (DA) is a neurotransmitter of catecholamines in the central nervous system and peripheral levels have varying degrees of distribution, many animal experiments and human studies confirmed that DA and its receptors and human diseases, such as: Parkinson Disease, schizophrenia, drug dependence and addiction, hepatic encephalopathy, dopa-responsive dystonia, hypertension and other diseases are closely related. As an important neurotransmitter in the brain and intestine, DA and its receptors play an important regulatory role in gastrointestinal motility, gastric acid secretion, gastric mucosal oxygen supply, tumor and other digestive diseases, and have been recognized as one An important gastric mucosal protective factor.
