目的：探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合症的效果。方法选取来我院进行治疗的112例妊娠高血压综合症患者，在患者知情并同意的情况下按照治疗方法的不同将其平均分为对照组和观察组，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗后两组患者的收缩压和舒张压异常情况有了明显的改善，并且观察组患者出现产后出血、早产等现象的几率明显低于对照组，治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者，组间治疗效果比较具有明显差异，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合症能够获得非常理想的治疗效果，值得在临床上大力推广。“,”Objective To explore the curative effect of magnesium sulfate combined nifedipine treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods Selection 112 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results Two groups after treatment in patients with abnormal systolic and diastolic blood pressure condition was improved obviously, and the observation group of patients with postpartum hemorrhage, treatment of patients with a total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group, treatment effect comparison has obvious differences between groups, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusions Joint nifedipine magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can obtain ideal therapeutic effect, is worth promoting in clinic.
