我国在控制人口数量的同时,正为提高人口素质,实行优生而努力,为此,将目前国外优生学进展作一介绍,以供参考。一、基础优生学 (一)医学遗传学基础优生学的进展是建立在医学遗传学基础上的。 1.细胞遗传学目前已从染色体分析进而发展到分带技术,大部分实验室只在250~320条带上工作,对遗传病诊断提供了重要手段,但有一定的局限性。现国内外正向高分辨技术进展,显示400~550条带,甚至1,256条带,而1,200~2,000条带尚未被广泛
