对裂变产物147Pm照射人淋巴细胞白血病细胞株Molt-4细胞和巨噬细胞株Ana-1细胞诱发的细胞凋亡及其防护因子进行了研究。通过透射电镜的形态观察,发现147Pm可诱发Molt-4和Ana-1两株免疫细胞核断裂,核染质边聚,以及呈现膜包裹着的凋亡小体形成为特征的细胞凋亡。研究表明,蛋白质合成抑制剂CHX和RNA合成抑制剂ActD可显著抑制由147Pm诱发的免疫细胞DNA链断裂,对147Pm照射诱发的免疫细胞凋亡有明显的防护作用。
The apoptosis induced by fission product 147Pm on human lymphoblastic leukemia cell line Molt-4 and the macrophage cell line Ana-1 were studied. Through the observation of transmission electron microscopy, it was found that 147Pm induced apoptosis of Molt-4 and Ana-1 nuclei, clustering of nuclear chromatin, and apoptotic bodies characterized by membrane-bound apoptosis. Studies have shown that protein synthesis inhibitor CHD and ActD inhibitor RNAi can significantly inhibit the DNA strand breaks induced by 147Pm and significantly protect the apoptotic immune cells induced by 147Pm irradiation.
