目的探讨超声提取法和双水相分离技术相结合提取红花红色素的新方法。方法利用超声波与双水相体系相结合对红花红色素进行提取和分离。结果利用超声与双水相体系结合对红花红色素进行提取分离的最佳提取条件为:提取温度为40℃,料液比为1∶20,体积分数70%丙酮超声30 m in两次;硫酸铵达到饱和状态,在此条件下,红花红色素提取率为0.36%。结论超声与双水相体系结合红花红色素提取分离的方法简便,易操作。
Objective To explore a new method of extracting safflower red pigment by ultrasonic extraction and double aqueous phase separation. Methods Ultrasound and aqueous two-phase system were used to extract and separate safflower red pigment. Results The optimal extraction conditions for the extraction and separation of safflower red pigment were as follows: the extraction temperature was 40 ℃, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:20, the volume fraction of acetone was 30% Ammonium sulfate reached saturation, under this condition, the extraction rate of safflower red pigment was 0.36%. Conclusion Ultrasound and aqueous two-phase system combined with safflower red pigment extraction and separation method is simple and easy to operate.
