我厂生产高硅耐酸铸铁(含Si 14.0~16.0%)已经十多年了,先后生产过耐酸泵、蒸溜塔顶、塔圈、管子等主要产品。但是因为该材质机械性质不良,即硬度高、质地脆、加工困难;在温度发生剧烈变化时会产生碎裂,铸造时由于吸气性强收缩大等特点,给制造工艺上带来了一系列的困难,致使铸件经常产生气孔、缩孔、疏松、夹渣和裂纹等铸造缺陷,产品质量一直处于不稳定状态。几年来,由于采取了相应措施,裂纹虽然减少了,但疏松与皮下气孔仍较严重,废品率一般在30%左右,影响了工程拖期,增加了企业产品成本。
