供销社在开拓业务中,出现了大量的代销商品,对缓和资金紧缺、扩大市场销售、平抑市场物价、提高经营效益是有利的。但是,由于代销商品品种多、数量大,少数人员不按章办事,利用代销商品的无发票及复杂原因,采用不划价或少划价多卖的手段,把企业的收入转为已有。因此,必须强化对代销商品的价格管理。
