“双师型”教师内涵的构成与培养方法是相互影响、相辅相成的。当前,中国对“双师型”教师的内涵概念尚未达成统一意见,因此对其构成建设较少研究。本文通过梳理“双师型”教师内涵概念,提出其内涵构成,为改善内涵构成建设,从而提出其内涵构成的培养方法,希望在“双师型”教师队伍的建设方法中能起到一定的借鉴意义。
