目的了解男男性行为人群(MSM)同性性行为时间(性行为时间),分析不同时间其社会及性行为特征。方法 2015年3-10月,以四川省绵阳市MSM为对象,用滚雪球抽样法,对调查对象进行匿名调查及血清学检测。结果共调查1 202例,同性性行为时间中位数5年,其中≤1年占10.1%、>1~5年占45.1%、>5年占44.8%。同性性行为时间≤1年、>1~5年、>5年分别依次有:HIV感染率6.6%、4.6%、7.1%,梅毒累积感染率3.6%、5.3%、20.4%,接受过安全套宣传和发放/艾滋病咨询与检测67.7%、86.7%、91.4%,接受过同伴教育70.8%、83.0%、87.5%,近6月肛交有保护性76.2%、86.7%、81.7%,压力来自经济问题31.5%、42.4%、26.1%,压力来自适应问题13.7%、8.1%、4.6%,压力来自家庭问题20.5%、30.5%、40.5%,除HIV感染率差异无统计学意义(P=0.222),其余差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。调查对象随性行为时间增长,认识当地MSM朋友人数、近6月肛交人数、首次同性性行为年龄呈增加趋势(均P<0.05)。结论 MSM不同性行为时间具有不同社会和性行为特征及HIV感染风险。
Objective To understand the time of homosexual behavior (sexual time) in MSM and to analyze the social and sexual characteristics at different times. Methods From March to October 2015, an anonymous survey and serological test were conducted on the surveyed subjects using the snowball sampling method in MSM of Mianyang City, Sichuan Province. Results A total of 1 202 cases were investigated. The median time for same-sex sexual behavior was 5 years, of which ≤1 year accounted for 10.1%,> 1-5 years accounted for 45.1% and> 5 years accounted for 44.8%. Subjects with the growth of sexual time, to understand the number of local MSM friends, the number of analies in the past 6 months, the first sexual same sex age showed an increasing trend (P <0.05). Conclusions MSM at different sexual times has different social and sexual characteristics and HIV risk.
