农药在确保世界粮食生产中发挥着重要作用,但农药的大量使用也造成了严重的食品安全和环境污染问题,因此,绿色农业促进了基于纳米技术的新农药理念——纳米农药的发展。综述了以可再生、可生物降解、环境友好的脂质为载体包埋农药分子进而形成纳米农药的研究进展,主要从纳米脂质体、固体脂质纳米粒、纳米结构脂质载体和脂质-农药键合体4个方面综述了纳米农药的研究现状,并分析了当前存在的问题和未来的研究方向,旨在为深入开展以脂质为载体的农药纳米包埋和递送体系的研究提供参考。
Pesticides play an important role in ensuring the world’s food production. However, the heavy use of pesticides has also caused serious problems of food safety and environmental pollution. Therefore, green agriculture has promoted the development of nanotechnology-based new pesticide concepts - nanometer pesticides. The research progress of encapsulating pesticide molecules with renewable, biodegradable and environment-friendly lipids into nanocapsules is reviewed. The main research progress is from nano-liposomes, solid lipid nanoparticles, nanostructured lipid carriers and lipids - pesticides bonded body four aspects reviewed the status quo of nano-pesticides, and analyzed the current problems and future research directions, aimed at the further development of lipid-based pesticide nano-embedded and delivery system for reference .
