本着“以职业能力培养为核心,以工作过程为导向”的总体设计思想,依据工作任务完成的需要、高职学生的学习特点和职业能力形成的规律,作者对《食品标准与法规》进行了教学模式改革研究,旨在探索出一种适合高职食品专业《食品标准与法规》教学的新模式,培养学生的综合能力,同时也为其他课程教学模式的改革提供参考依据。
Based on the overall design concept of “taking occupation ability cultivation as the core and taking the process of work as the guidance”, according to the needs of the work tasks completed, the learning characteristics of vocational students and the formation of occupational ability, the author of the "Food Standards and Regulations The research on the reform of teaching mode aims at exploring a new mode suitable for the teaching of food standards and regulations in food specialty of higher vocational education to cultivate students’ comprehensive abilities and also provide a reference for the reform of other teaching modes.
