针对某铜矿矿石性质发生变化,部分硫化铜矿与黄铁矿发生氧化,选铜作业采用单一石灰难以对硫起到较好的抑制作用,造成铜精矿品位难以提高,铜硫分离困难等一系列问题,需对该选矿厂现场进行工艺优化。工业实践中,组合抑制剂石灰+HXM-2较好地解决了单一石灰法难以抑制黄铁矿的问题,通过降低石灰用量,减少粗选过程中铜的损失,提高粗精矿的回收率。同时,通过铜精选第三槽的改造及石灰添加系统的改造,强化了铜精选过程,最终达到了既提高了铜精矿回收率,又提高了铜精矿铜品位的目的。最终铜精矿铜品位高达22.49%,铜回收率达89.20%,铜精矿品位提高3.07%,回收率提高2.38%。本次工业实践,未增加药剂成本,也未增加额外投资,每年增加总效益额为478.61万元,经济效益显著。

In the meantime, through the modification of the third tank of copper selection and the reforming of the lime addition system, the copper selection process is strengthened, finally achieving the goal of not only improving the recovery rate of the copper concentrate but also improving the copper grade of the copper concentrate. The final copper concentrate copper grade as high as 22.49%, copper recovery rate of 89.20%, copper concentrate grade increased 3.07%, the recovery rate increased 2.38%. The industrial practice, no increase in drug costs, but also did not increase additional investment, the total annual increase in the amount of 4.7861 million yuan, significant economic benefits.
