为研究氟砷联合作用,用Wistar大鼠观察氟、砷在体内的吸收、排泄及蓄积情况。结果显示:氟砷联合作用中不同剂量组的尿砷、粪砷、尿氟、粪氟、氟砷贮留量均随染毒剂量的增高而增大,呈正相关关系,说明氟和砷主要从尿和粪便排出,贮留量受总摄入量的直接影响。各剂量组的总排砷量占总摄入量的50%左右,说明氟对砷排泄量影响较小,主要由总摄砷量决定。各组的尿排氟量占总摄氟量的30%左右,粪排氟比值随染毒剂量的增高而减小,说明砷可能对氟排泄有一定的抑制作用。本研究证明用尿砷、尿氟作为评价氟砷接触水平的指标有一定的实用价值
In order to study the combined effects of fluoride and arsenic, Wistar rats were used to observe the absorption, excretion and accumulation of fluoride and arsenic in vivo. The results showed that the storage of urinary arsenic, arsenic, urinary fluoride, faecal fluoride and fluoride-arsenic in different dose of fluoride-arsenic combination increased with the increase of dose, which indicated that fluoride and arsenic were mainly from Excretion of urine and excrement, the amount of storage by the direct impact of total intake. The total amount of arsenic emission in each dose group accounted for about 50% of the total intake, indicating that fluoride has a small effect on arsenic excretion, which is mainly determined by the total amount of arsenic consumed. Urinary fluorosis in each group accounted for about 30% of the total amount of fluoride intake, stool fluorine ratio with the dose increased, indicating that arsenic may have some inhibitory effect on fluoride excretion. This study shows that the use of urinary arsenic and urinary fluoride as indicators of fluoride-arsenic exposure levels have some practical value
