以瓷质拉西环为载体,表层涂覆上混有一定量纳米二氧化钛的水泥,制备成具有光催化性能的水泥负载纳米二氧化钛复合体,以PAN(1-(吡啶基偶氮)-2-萘酚)为降解物,考察复合体的光催化降解性能。XRD和SEM检测结果表明,光催化水泥水化过程中TiO2的晶型无变化,纳米二氧化钛在水泥中分散,其晶粒细化。光催化降解条件有水泥中二氧化钛的含量,PAN的初始浓度,以及溶液pH。试验表明,水泥中纳米二氧化钛含量为3%,被降解液PAN初始浓度为2mg/L,溶液pH值为9时,降解效果最好。
The porcelain Raschig rings were used as a carrier and the surface was coated with a cement mixed with a certain amount of nano titanium dioxide to prepare a photocatalytic cement supported nano titanium dioxide composite. The results of XRD and SEM show that there is no change in the crystal form of TiO2 during the photocatalytic cement hydration process and the nano-TiO2 is dispersed in the cement and the grain size is refined. Photocatalytic degradation conditions include the content of titanium dioxide in the cement, the initial concentration of PAN, and the pH of the solution. Experiments show that the content of nano-titanium dioxide in the cement is 3%, the initial concentration of the degraded liquid PAN is 2 mg / L, and the best degrading effect is achieved when the pH of the solution is 9.
