目前全国高校图书馆普遍具有人员编制紧张、专业人才匮乏、服务形式落后等各种不同形式的缺点,但学校的进步发展,又要求图书馆为学校师生的教学、科研、学习做出特色化、专业化的服务,针对这样一些矛盾,本文作者通过查阅资料、推理分析等方法,结合作者的实践工作经验,提出了让学生以主人翁的态度,通过勤工俭学、志愿者服务和学生自主管理等模式参与到图书馆建设、图书馆服务、图书馆管理的新型图书馆管理模式,为图书馆的“社会化”管理提供了新的思路。
