１９９５年５月～１９９７年９月，我们共收治９６例急性硬膜外血肿致小脑幕裂孔下疝患者，其中６例继发性脑梗塞，现报告如下。临床资料：本组男５例，女１例；年龄２７～５４岁，平均３６４５岁。其中颞部硬膜外血肿１例，额颞部２例，额颞顶部３例；６例患者均无高血压病
